Our Team

Mr Chia Lee Hwe

Director of Education & Operations

Mr. Chia co-founded Cognitive Development Learning Centre Pte Ltd in 2009 and is the Director of the company. He holds an MBA in Finance from University of Leeds and a Diploma in Learning Disorder from the College of Allied Educators.

He was a Member in the Advisory Committee of a Primary School for 7 years. He also won his recognition from Ministry of Education (MOE) and was awarded for his Services to Education in 2009.

Chia Lee Hwe

Mr Chia Lee Hwe is the Director of Education & Operations. He spent more than 25 years in the finance industry and held senior positions in the auditing department. Since his appointment as a Director of Cognitive Development Learning Centre in 2011, he has propelled the organisation to greater heights. He is responsible for developing and transforming the overall strategies, operational processes and culture of Cognitive Development Learning Centre to meet the needs of each child that is entrusted to us. Parents now recognise the Centre as a quality brand, putting their trust in us to help their child succeed in their education journey.

Doris Lee

Ms Doris Lee is the Director for Administration and Finance. She was appointed as a Director since 2011 and is responsible for overseeing the accounts, administration and human resources of the organisation. Doris spent a number of years in the Banking and Logistic industries and has a wealth of experience in the areas of human resources, operations, accounting and administration. Being a key member of the management team, she ensures that Cognitive is staffed with talents that can help students maximise their learning potential.

Cognitive employs a stringent selection process that ensures our teachers are skilled practitioners in their area of expertise with years of experience.

Our Teaching Specialists are trained in the field of Education, Psychology and Special Needs Education.

They have the passion for teaching and are familiar with the current MOE syllabus.

Our specialists dedicate time and effort to understand each and every child in our learning centre.

We specialise in developing bespoke and unique strategies to overcome their learning difficulties and enhance their academic and behaviourial development.
