About Us
Founded in 2009 as an MOE-registered school, Cognitive Development Learning Centre is a learning intervention centre providing specialised academic support for preschool, primary, and secondary school children, aligned with the MOE syllabus. Cognitive is not a tuition or therapy provider, but a centre dedicated to learning intervention. Learning intervention focuses on how a child learns, rather than simply reinforcing school content or providing clinical therapy.
Our customised education programmes, together with the experience of our learning specialists, have established Cognitive Development Learning Centre as a trusted learning intervention provider in special needs education. Our learning intervention process is grounded in cognitive and evidence-based psychology, and informed by ongoing advancements in teaching methodology and educational research.
Individualised
Learning Approach
We adopt an individualised learning approach that addresses the unique challenges faced by children with learning difficulties and supports them in achieving meaningful academic objectives. Through this approach, we have worked with different groups of children to help them make sustained learning progress over time.
Preparing for Success
Children with additional learning needs are better prepared for enrolment into Special Education schools, while children in mainstream schools are better equipped to cope with classroom learning demands and academic expectations.

For primary and secondary school students, our tailored learning strategies support stronger understanding, improved knowledge retention, and more effective learning habits. Using specially formulated intervention strategies together with psychology-trained coaching staff, we help children build confidence, develop effective learning skills, and foster a positive attitude towards learning.
